My husband had just died 3 weeks earlier when I was overwhelmed with grief and responsibilities like car maintenance. Technician Andrew Loman was so incredibly pleasant, informative and patient showing me how to check my oil and other liquids. I called Service Director John Springer to say how wonderful Andrew had been and not surprisingly, John was a complete gentleman too. It starts at the top, doesn’t it?BTW, Andrew had no idea I’d just lost my husband. He was so incredibly customer-service oriented he brightened my day and that’s saying a lot.
Easy check in work was done as promised. They called telling me work was done and when I arrived my vehicle was sitting out front ready to go

Technicians and service advisor terrific. Having to pay over $500 for poorly designed part that broke during removal of real faulty part has me rethinking any future Toyota purchase. Was told this part frequently broke so it is known design flaw. Restaurants don’t make you pay for a botched order, why is this acceptable in the automotive world? To be clear, not talking about gaskets or other consumable parts, but actual engine components.

Sam was great! Not pushy at all and willing to work out a deal. John however was not willing to negotiate at all, claiming his manager wouldn't allow it. However, all it took was one conversation with Sam and he was able to get the deal that worked for me!

Went for a recall on the emissions system. Making the appointment was quick and easy. The service department informed me that the service would take 4 or 5 hours but I was out of there in 3 1/2. Nice clean waiting area.
My service personnel were polite and friendly, and the young lady who facilitated my service fit my car in, even though I was very late due to road closures.
The service is exceptional and timely. I trust Toyota with my car maintenance. Always friendly and knowledgeable. We keep our vehicles for a long time and used to do our own maintenance, not possible now due to age and complicated electronic advancements. Toyota is great.
If the person moving cars us short, have them move the seat back so I don't smash a knee when trying to get in

This was a pleasant experience. I had to do without my car for a while, but it was a very big job. Dimitri and the mechanic went out of their way to get this car done, even coming in on their days off to see that I got my car back. They did everything that needed to be done, even turning the rotors.
Service was great though I didn't get a few things done that I had requested online. Next time I will talk to an actual person to make sure my car needs are included.

I liked that I was eligible for a 10% discount on my service being a senior citizen. I didn’t know this, but they let me know. Quick and efficient service with very little waiting in the lounge area. Car was cleaned and vacuumed as a courtesy too!
I've only had nothing but great dealings with the MB Service Department. Sage took good care of me as a customer and Ryan was able to troubleshoot and fix the nagging problem that the other dealership was unable to frustratingly in several visits.

Great service, the salesmen are all very courteous and attentive. The paperwork was easy and streamlined, how ever I would knock it down to 4/5 stars as O was told I could get the $500 cash for being a recent graduate. I was told I just needed a picture of my degree and sent that in when I got home (I don't travel with that in my back pocket or to car dealerships) and then was told the paperwork was already done and couldn't get the $500. So I'm very disappointed in that
I have had a battery problem for about a year. It would be too weak to start the car but when it was checked, it was said to be OK. We did little driving so possibly it was running down because of that. Finally, the workmen decided it was defective and replaced it. I have had no trouble since. One less thing for me to worry about.

I scheduled service on line but was called the day before to say that time was double booked and I was the one that had to reschedule. That caused me stress because we were taking it out of town and had to wait til the day before we left. Very frustrating.

Nick was superb during my recent maintenance. He organized a convenient appointment, reminded me of my prepaid service contract that had one remaining service (a good deal by the way) and communicated several times to update needed repairs, costs, and timeline. He is great to deal with Sean McInnis was terrific and showed me all the fine points of the Mercedes Metris camper van. Cool van! He is knowledgeable and has an easy, informative, low pressure approach to these significant purchases. I would deal with Sean for any Mercedes or Toyota purchase.

Sam took his time explaining everything between the Rav and Venza...and went on a search to find our Venza in a different color than the one they had And he succeeded! We have gone back to have him explain more of the computer 'stuff' for us and that was easy. We have purchased our last 3 cars from this dealership in the past 2 years. We have also have our 2006 Navion on a Sprinter chassis serviced at this dealership. Ryan has been amazing at troubleshooting some of the idiosyncrasies associated with an older RV. Rod, and now Sage, provide excellent customer service from relaying information and responding to questions. Usually, the service costs for parts and labor are consistent with our expectations, however, our last bill for an ABS hydraulic controller was at least twice the cost we expected. We are still in shock about the cost of this repair!
