Very friendly and efficient service. Timing was exactly as scheduled (and scheduling is very easy, either online or by telephone). Service was clean. Report was thorough. Honest/No up-sells. Waiting room is clean, comfortable, and inviting, with a beautiful tropical fish aquarium to admire and free beverages available.
Service was great. Only thing I’d suggest is to have mechanic put paper on driver side floor mat when he/she returns to parking lot. My floor mat had oily footprints that were difficult to clean

Service rep Sage wonderful! SL63AMG and no loaner from the dealership is low rent. When I purchased this car new from this dealership I was assured that I would always have a loaner. That being said the work was done on time, proficiently and at a very reasonable price. I cannot emphasize to strongly how proficient and professional the service representative Sage was. The one star below for customer service is given because of the fact that there was no loaner available, I find this unacceptable.

Overall pretty good, I had a problem with a spare key for my 2018 Tacoma though. Upon buying the truck I was given a spare single key with no fab. Unfortunately the spare didn’t work. It would not unlock the doors or start the ignition. Unfortunately it ended up taking 2 months to get a working spare with a fab. All is good now. Also upon bringing the truck in for my first service in April 2021 I walked out having to pay over $200 that day. A little disappointed in that seeing as I had just bought the truck 3 months prior. When I think about my experience at Toyota of Bellingham, it's hard to find the right words to express how great the experience was. Gerald is wonderful. He's a fantastic person, and his compassion for people definitely makes him great at finding someone their forever car. I went to leave for my service appt when I could not start the car. I called the dealership and they immediately troubleshooted over the phone. It was my key battery, instead of canceling my appt, they held my appt, while I had the battery changed. Great Service!!! Would not go anywhere else!
